Directions from the A1

At Sandy roundabout follow the A603 (signposted Bedford). Continue forward past Willington for approximately 6 miles. At roundabout take the 2nd exit (signposted Milton Keynes) onto the dual carriageway to join the A421. Continue forward for approximately 4 miles. At roundabout take the 1st exit (road becomes single carriageway). At roundabout (next to ASDA) take the 3rd exit (signposted Kempston). At roundabout take the 2nd exit (entering Woburn Road Industrial Estate). Turn right (approx 300m) onto Railton Road and Instinctive is behind the Learning and Skills Council Building.

Directions from the M1

Exit at Jct 13 and follow the A421 (signposted Bedford). Continue forward for approximately 7 miles. At roundabout (next to ASDA) take the 1st exit (signposted Kempston). At roundabout take the 2nd exit (entering Woburn Road Industrial Estate). Turn right (approx 300m) onto Railton Road and Instinctive is behind the Learning and Skills Council Building.
